Credit usage depends on input, output, and task complexity. Simple tasks use fewer credits, complex tasks use more, and cached turns cost less.

Can I try Yuan without signing up?

Do credits expire?
Monthly credits refresh with your billing cycle and don't roll over; the signup grant is a one-time gift.
What happens when I run out?
When the day's token quota is used up, the system automatically falls back to your monthly credits; once those run out too, builds and AI calls pause — upgrade anytime, or wait for your 24-hour quota window to refresh.
Which model is used for building?
All builds use the basic model. Free includes a daily token allowance, with credits available once it runs out. Pro provides a larger daily allowance and monthly credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop back to the free plan automatically.
